After publication of the printed index in 1998, new sources continued to be discovered, and mistakes were point out. The database was thoroughly revised in 2001 and corrected for this query program. For a list of the new sources and tunes, see Corrections to the Printed Index.

It is hoped to update the database every few years. Meanwhile, information discovered since the 2001 revision, but not yet incorporated in the database, is listed below.
